Comedian Jack Whitehall presents a packed hour of entertainment from London’s famous Palladium theatre in Sunday Night at the Palladium over on ITV, featuring music and variety acts from all over the planet.

Musical performances come from Simply Red, Jess Glynne and Leona Lewis. The show also features Japanese dance troupe EL Squad from the Wrecking Crew Orchestra, champion knife thrower Jack Dagger and his assistant the Unkillable Jenny, and comedians Sara Pascoe and Jack Carroll.

There´s variety of a comedic style on Channel 4 as they host their Comedy Gala in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, returning for a sixth year to London’s O2 Arena.

The amazing all-star line-up for the annual comedy spectacular includes: Aisling Bea, Alan Carr, Jack Dee, Jason Byrne, Jon Richardson, Josh Widdicombe, Katherine Ryan, Kevin Bridges, Michael McIntyre, Paul Chowdhry, Rich Hall, Rob Beckett, Romesh Ranganathan, Russell Kane, Sara Pascoe, Sean Lock, Seann Walsh, Shappi Khorsandi, Trevor Noah, Warwick Davis and many more.

It’s a glittering night of fantastic entertainment with tons of laughter all in aid of raising money for an incredibly worthy cause.

Meanwhile, over on itv 2, there´s a brand new series of the relationship-based reality show, Love Island. In the live opening episode, host Caroline Flack introduces the cast of hot young singles who have come looking for a summer of love and romance in Majorca. The winning couple will leave the island with 50,000 pounds in six weeks’ time, but to get their hands on it they will need to go the distance.

It will not be an easy ride as Caroline throws a whole load of surprises at the contestants along the way, the first of which is revealed tonight.
