Jail for prolific Tube pickpocket caught red-handed – Bromley/Kensington and Chelsea

A 64-year-old woman who barged into victims to steal their wallets and purses has been jailed after plain-clothes British Transport Police (BTP) officers caught her opening a woman’s bag.
