Wanted Man In Bristol – Paul Dobbins

Detectives are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Paul Dobbins, who is wanted by both West Mercia Police and Derbyshire Constabulary.
Dobbins, aged 28, formerly of Redditch, Worcestershire, is thought to have moved to Derby several years ago, but is now believed to be living in the Bristol area.

He is wanted on a number of matters. West Mercia Police want to trace him for questioning about a serious sexual assault dating back to 2003, and failing to answer bail after being arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and criminal damage in 2009, while Derbyshire Constabulary want to trace him in connection with an incident of criminal damage, also from 2009.

Dobbins, who now uses the name Pablo Castor Pasolini, is described as white, 6ft 2ins tall, of proportionate build, with short blond hair and blue eyes, with a gingery-blond goatee beard. He has a number of tattoos on his arms, including spiders, scorpions, and tribal designs, and a number of piercings, including a chopstick through his ear lobe.

DC Laura Wright of West Mercia Police said: “Despite extensive inquiries by both forces, we have been unable to find Dobbins at any of the addresses we have for him.

“An appeal on Crime File, part of ITV’s This Morning show, resulted in a number of calls, all of which were followed up, but unfortunately none of them led us to Dobbins.

“He has quite a distinctive appearance and we believe someone will recognise him.”

Anyone who knows Dobbins’ whereabouts is asked to contact DC Laura Wright at West Mercia Police on 0300 333 3000.
