Newcastle: Do you know this man?
Police investigating an assault in Newcastle city centre have released CCTV images of a man they need to speak to in connection with the incident.
It happened between 3am and 3.30am on Sunday, August 7 when the victim, a 19-year-old man, was assaulted outside the front doors of Liquid Envy at New Bridge Street East. The victim suffered a fractured cheek bone.
DC Steve Hakin, who is investigating, said: “We’ve got CCTV images of a man who we believe has information with can help our enquiries. He is wearing a red, white and black checked shirt and I’d urge anyone who knows him to get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
