Breast bathing beaches
Tourism marketing officials in Romania have launched a breast beach guide – claiming their resorts are number one in Europe for topless sunbathers.
A spokesman for the federal tourism ministry said: “There is no law that bans topless bathing on Romanian beaches – unlike Italy, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Morocco and Tunisia.”
