Perhaps it was a dodgy cat-alytic converter, but there was a strange sound coming from this car and it didn’t sound like the engine was purring.
Lucky two-year-old ginger tom Adalwine cheated death by a whisker when he got trapped inside the alloy wheel of a BMW estate in Berlin, Germany.
“He didn’t come home at night and his owner spent hours looking for him until he heard a loud miaowing coming from a parked car.
“The cat was stuck fast so we had to get the fire fighters in with their special cutting equipment to open up the wheel,” said officer Ulrich Koenig.
“He’s very lucky the car owner didn’t just drive off. That’s one life down and eight to go,” they added.
