NEW – Richard Bacon’s Beer and Pizza Club

Richard Bacon is inviting showbiz pals and viewers into his living room – complete with its very own live studio audience – for beer, pizza and chat in this brand new series for ITV4.

This ten-part series will see three guests from the world of comedy and showbiz join Richard to eat, drink and discuss the kind of subjects which men normally only discuss in private.

Guests in show one are TV presenter Tim Lovejoy, comedian Rufus Hound and actor and comedian Charlie Baker.

Each week every guest must bring a question to the show which the rest of the club will answer. This week, as they eat pizza and drink beer, the foursome starts off by discussing the most inappropriate thing they have ever done. The answers include Rufus confessing to approaching a man he believed to be a mate of his from behind and grabbing his crotch.

They move onto discussing the objects they possess which they hate. Tim says he hates his car because it costs him so much money, Charlie reveals he hates the flashing light on his BlackBerry and Richard reveals his most hated purchase was a £3000 hot tub which he only used three times after discovering passers-by could see him in it.

The group move on to discuss the laws they would introduce if they were king for the day and what they would win an Olympic gold medal for. Rufus claims he’d win one for eating Weetabix while Richard says he is an expert at staring at bright lights…

Points are awarded for the best answers and every week the show will feature a mix of top notch guests, great chat, funny clips, audience participation and, of course, beer and pizza.
