Lloyd’s horrified to hear that Cheryl’s husband hit her and it’s not the first time. He’s further shell shocked when she demands he take her home as Russ is due back. Lloyd wants to go to the police but Cheryl’s insistent she’ll deal with it her way. However as a reluctant Lloyd drops her off Chris watches on as she thanks Lloyd with a hug. Meanwhile Steve’s puzzled to hear the strip club taxi contract has been cancelled and tackles Lloyd.

Sean and Michelle hit on a plan to contact Violet and set up a fictitious Facescene page in the name of Liz McDonald. He knows it’s not ethical but he’s desperate for news of his son Dylan.

Nick’s thrilled when Dave confirms another order. With the work coming in the girls are enjoying working for Nick despite Sean’s doubts. Meanwhile when Nick tells Natasha he can now pay her back she’s secretly disappointed to lose her hold over him but is soon won round by his charm.

Elsewhere Tina and Graeme’s relationship deepens. Ken & Deirdre entertain Lewis & Audrey over dinner but it’s Deirdre & Lewis who are making a connection.
