$3,000 if you can find bugs in Firefox

The Mozilla Foundation, creator of the Firefox Web browser, launched in 2004 the program Bug Bounty (system errors) by which it was rewarded over then with US$ 500 whoever reported a security flaw in the server.

Being direct competition from Microsoft and Google, it is not difficult to consider that paid hackers may affect the system of Firefox. Now the program has been updated and US$ 3,000 and a T-shirt who finds a flaw that exploits a third party who has not previously been notified.

Google has started to do something similar. They reward with US$ 1,300 anyone who finds system errors, vulnerabilities (which may better capture the hackers) and directly a virus that is the result of a freelance programmer or paid in cyberwarfare.

via US$ 3,000 will be delivered to whoever find bugs in Firefox | Momento 24.
